Meet Our Staff

Pastor John Ashley

John Ashley grew up in Amarillo, TX and was saved at thirteen years of age. He met his wife, Sarah, while interning at Bible Baptist Church in Sapulpa, OK during his time of Bible College preparation. God has added to their home four wonderful children: Elizabeth, Eden, JohnMark, and Jack.

After ten years in the full-time gospel ministry, Pastor Ashley became the pastor of San Bernardino Baptist Church in January of 2016.

Assistant Pastor Tim Garton

Tim Garton has been involved in ministry since 2008 serving as Choir Director, Song Leader, Youth Ministries, Bus Ministry, Outreach and Event coordinating and Preaching. Tim met his wife, Natalie, at their previous church and have been married since 2014. He and his wife are both musically inclined playing various instruments and run a Music Lesson business out of their home. They have three children: Raegan, Ryleigh and Ruby

After 15 years of serving at Mountain View Baptist Church in Hesperia, CA, the Lord pressed upon his heart to answer the call to help the Social media ministry of San Bernardino Baptist Church, as well as help encourage young families to attend services.
